Marciah's In 'da House!

Things are going really well here. Got in yesterday (Tuesday) around 10:30 a.m., and Mike was able to pick me up and bring me to mom and dad's. I got a good orientation on the ride back...he left to go home 10 minutes after dropping me off.At this point mom and dad want to get there own breakfast, and most of their lunch. I am trying to balance supportive care while staying out of their way! Am trying to assess what support they may need in the future.Food shopping today, I got mom driving the electric cart. That went very well, she saw a couple of friends...and was happy to share her tales with the stock boy, deli girl, check out girl and bagger.PT today, they are upping her reps and are advising her to do pt at home sittingon a chair vs her bed.Tons of rain here today and yesterday, outside work is out. Mom seems to enjoy the help in the kitchen preparing dinner and cleaning up after. Dad even helped me with dishes tonight...i think he sees the writing on the wall when I leave saturday at 5.Thanks to chuck for talking me through this. I'm an official blogger now, thanks to my trusty I-pad and 3G!Will see what Thursday brings!marciah
