Norah, google Blogger on your PC. Click on blogger: sign in. Rondah's comes up and lets you title and compose a blog. You might have to use your google gmail and password to sign in first.
The URL for the sight is beta.blogger.com/blog-this.g. You might also want to try typing this in to the search box. Unfortunately, it does not seem to allow you to read the blog from this link. You will have to do what you did on the phone to read what you and others wrote.
